Transformación Cultural Danone

Danone Global

The challenge:Turning the new corporate behaviors into the engine of strategic success. The challenge: over 100,000 employees worldwide, very different cultures, and a real gap between what the values stated and what happened every day.

From definition to activation:Together with Danone Global we created "Danone Is What I Do", a major project based on one idea: people, through our actions, are the ones who shape the company every day. It included training actions, a global communication campaign, asset kits for leaders and workshops for executive committees and managers worldwide.

The impactWe helped transform Danone's culture through the implementation of its key behaviors, with communication actions for over 100,000 employees, more than 1,400 people trained face-to-face and 70,000 online, across 5 continents and in 18 languages.

Cultura Organizacional Allianz

Allianz

The challenge:Allianz had more than 100 active People & Culture initiatives but people neither knew them nor connected them to each other. A strategy was needed for the People & Culture department to define, select, organize and give meaning to which initiatives and who should be involved.

From definition to activation:We created Live Allianz: a new strategy for the HR department with a narrative that grouped all initiatives, its own visual identity, communication assets and strategic alignment so that each one was recognizable, memorable and actionable.

The impactAn HR department with its own voice and a clear story. The People & Culture initiatives became part of the company's identity, giving the P&C department greater visibility and internal prominence and reinforcing its strategic role.

Femsa

The challenge:Femsa was undergoing a profound cultural change in Mexico. With nearly 400,000 employees and a deeply rooted identity, the challenge was to activate new behaviors across all groups without losing the connection with the company's values and essence.

From definition to activation:We designed specific experiences for each group, adapted to the specific role and daily reality of each person. We supported the activation of behaviors from start to finish, maintaining cultural coherence throughout the organization.
