Santander: Thinking Outside the Box

The challenge:More than 4,000 Santander cashiers, many with over 20 years at the bank, had to take on a much more digital and commercial new role. It was not a matter of technical skills: it was a mindset change.

From definition to activation:We designed Thinking Outside the Box: a mindset change program that helped these professionals see the new role as an opportunity, not a threat. We combined training, narrative and experiences designed to activate change from within.

The challenge:CaixaBank Group needed to shape a common onboarding for all its employees, integrated with the specific pathways of each company and role during the first 2 years of the new hire.

From definition to activation:We designed and produced FlowOn: an experiential onboarding that combined digital content, face-to-face dynamics and a cultural narrative that new employees could make their own from minute one. By the end of the first week, they already felt part of something, not just onboarded.

The challenge:Meliá needed to develop new skills in its managers to better connect with their teams and achieve new service excellence objectives.

From definition to activation:We designed and developed a management program that integrates a new leadership style into daily management with key tools for management teams. Through face-to-face training on leadership style, efficient communication and conflict management, we drove stronger and more effective leadership for hundreds of managers in Germany, France, Spain, Albania and the Dominican Republic.
